Privacy in general
We do not collect and process personal data. Personal data is only stored when it is provided to us by the customer or prospect himself.
We store information for various reasons. Below you can read what information we save from you and what for.
We have to do bookkeeping for our company. We use software to do this. With this we make the invoices that are created for the payment and we collect name and address data to be able to make the invoices.
Sending out of documents
When we prepare documents for you, we must be able to send these documents. We do this by e-mail or post and for that purpose we use the e-mail address or name and address you provide. If desired, we also send a quote and / or invoice in this way.
For our marketing we use a portfolio on our website. We therefore ask you to give permission in writing for the promotion of the website or graphic design created for you on our website and in other marketing communication (blog, Facebook and Twitter).
- Our basis for processing personal data

- The data that are required are, after completion of the project, saved for 10 years after the invoice has been paid in order to comply with the administrative obligations from the French laws and regulations.
- Designs and websites are being saved for 10 years after the invoice has been paid.
- Images of projects do not have a maximum retention period and will thus not be removed.
- Your rights
You have the right to view, correct, delete, transfer to another company that needs your data, to minimize the data that is required and you have the right to object to saving your data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport) and passport number unreadable in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.
